1. Operator
The AI-Profile.eu service is operated by , Company ID (IČO) —, with registered office at (the “Provider”). Contact: info@ai-profile.eu.
2. Service description
The service provides a one-time audit of a business’s visibility in the answers of the ChatGPT AI assistant (the “audit”) and electronic educational materials in PDF format. The audit is automated: the service asks the AI assistant a set of customer questions and evaluates whether, and how often, the given business is mentioned in the answers. The output is an indicative 0–100 score and an overview of the answers.
3. Ordering and contract formation
The contract is concluded upon completion of payment. Prices are final; the Provider is not a VAT payer. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Provider has no access to payment card details.
4. Delivery
The audit is made available online, usually within a few minutes of submitting the business details; a link to the result is also sent by email. PDF materials are made available for download immediately after payment. The invoice is sent by email.
5. Withdrawal and money-back guarantee
The customer expressly consents to the delivery of digital content before the withdrawal period expires; the right of withdrawal thereby lapses under Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as implemented in Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code. Beyond what the law requires, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: you can request a refund by email within 7 days of purchase, no reason needed.
6. Nature of audit results
AI assistant answers change over time and may differ between users, regions, and model versions. The score is an indicative measure as of the date the audit was performed, not a guarantee of business results. The audit result for a given business is retained for 7 days from its last run, and a repeat order within that window returns the same result.
7. Liability
The Provider is not liable for damages arising from the interpretation of audit results, nor for the content of a third-party AI assistant’s answers. The Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Partner program
Registered partners may create discount codes for the PDF materials and earn a 50% commission on the price actually paid. Commissions are paid out on request, from a minimum of 500 Kč, by bank transfer. Abuse of the program (in particular, purchases made through one’s own code) is grounds for cancellation of the account and its commissions.
9. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumer disputes may be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI, adr.coi.cz). These terms may be updated; the version in effect at the moment of purchase applies to your order.
