1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Your email; the company name and details entered for the audit (industry, city, products, website); billing details (Company ID (IČO), VAT ID (DIČ)); order and payment data (no card numbers — those are handled exclusively by Stripe); your IP address for abuse prevention; and, for partners, login credentials and a bank account number.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Performance of the contract (running the audit, delivering PDFs, invoicing), compliance with legal obligations (accounting), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, reminders about unfinished orders), and consent (Microsoft Clarity analytics).
4. Email communication
Transactional emails (confirmations, results, invoices) are always sent. Reminders about unfinished payments and offers of follow-up products can be unsubscribed at any time via the link in the email.
5. Processors
Stripe (payments), OpenAI (processing of audit queries — we share only the company name, industry, city, and products), our server infrastructure provider, our SMTP provider (email), and Microsoft Clarity (analytics, only with consent).
6. Retention
We keep order data and invoices for as long as the law requires (10 years for tax documents). Audit results are retained so they can be viewed again. Partner accounts are kept for the duration of the partnership.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Send requests to info@ai-profile.eu. The supervisory authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
8. Cookies
